We are looking for 3 equipment operators - strength in excavators, fine grading. A plus would be if the applicants have “ channel “ experience. Canals, box culverts, confined excavations etc.
Equipment Operators will be responsible to operate multiple types of heavy equipment that could include bobcat, forklift, loader, trackhoe, backhoe dozer and other equipment (e.g. hydraulic shovel attachment, concave blade attachment) necessary on the job site to assist with moving of materials, digging holes and trenches, transports earth and gravel, and to push trees and rocks. Equipment Operators will also be expect to perform physically laborer work when necessary. Many of these jobs are not full time, the size of the project and organization of the work determining whether a worker spends all his time on one job or is transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion. Some workers habitually work in one branch of the industry, whereas others transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion or according to the availability of work or on a seasonal basis. Workers may be designated according to specific work performed.
